'Top notch professionals'.

'The people from DNA are extremely experienced brokers in the Amsterdam area. I experienced them to be top notch professionals that know their business, always on time, clear communication and expectation setting with a great deal of flexibility. Most importantly: they are there for you, the client. Any time, any question I had got answered. It was almost a friend/family experience when I approached them for consultation, bouncing ideas, getting advice...I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or rent in the Amsterdam area and I have already recommended the to some friends.

Lars (buyer Spaarndammerstraat 127)

'Fast and pleasant communication, experts.'

'The service was impeccable, you took me by the hand and calmly led me through the purchase process. We had an excellent plan, and I found a house within a month. The expertise is extraordinary. They notice every detail in the relevant documentation, such as VVE (HOA) documents, deeds of property division, meeting minutes... you name it. I could always app questions, new houses I had seen and before I knew it they called me back to let me know whether something was or wasn't a good idea. Wonderful.

Buyer (Elandsstraat 40A)

‘Engaged, empathetic, professional and approachable'

‘I'm super glad I asked De Nieuwe Amsterdamsche to help me purchase a home. They ask the seller all the right questions, put a lot of effort and time into the process, even while they were on vacation! Unfortunately, my new home was sold by tender so there was no chance to negotiate, but I'm thrilled with the result! The process required a lot of research due to the condition of the property and the limited amount of information that was available. If I ever decide to move and look for a new home, I know who to call!’

Claudia and Bas, sellers (Leliegracht 30) and buyers (Keizersgracht 734)

‘Team with enormous passion and commitment'

My sale and purchase were completed by the team with enormous passion and commitment. Initially, I only wanted to enlist them to support the sales process, but I quickly came to the decision to also ask De Nieuwe Amsterdamsche Makelaardij to help me with the purchase of my new home. A decision I haven't regretted for a second! I was very confident in their approach; they had a real knack for matching me to properties. And for the sale, they were also meticulous, taking care of every detail. And above all, they are all wonderful people with discerning minds and an excellent sense of humor. Thank you!
